The mission of the Most Wanted project has always been about discovery. Friday night at The Terrace provided exactly that, with a lineup that swung from transfixing soul to “absolute ruckus.
The top 12 entries will win a place on this free music journalism workshop – and have a chance to see their work appear on the Saving Grace website. with the view to becoming one of Saving Grace’s official paid writers.
“Since meeting and sharing a flat in Wales, we began playing, singing and sharing our music with each other amongst the wild landscape of the Brecon Beacons. We were immersed in rural life working on a market garden, travelling to work and uni through fields and high hedges, eating what we grew and spending our free time playing music in the woods amongst the moss and rivers.”

Their intriguing band name originates from a book Finn was reading at the time, ‘Mistborn’ by Brandon Sanderson. The band loved the magical undertones that this title had, thus adapting it to the name we know them by now. Writing original songs based on real life experiences, Misting tackle subjects such as heartbreak and mental health in their writing which you can hear on Soundcloud now!
