Are you passionate about music and want to make a difference in your community?

Kirklees Most Wanted is a collaborative project showcasing the vibrant music scene in Kirklees. We believe local artists deserve a platform to share their talent and connect with a wider audience. By working together with local businesses, venues, and organisations, we are committed to fostering a thriving music community.

Here’s how you can get involved as a volunteer:

• Artist Support: Assist with promoting artists through social media and online platforms.
• Event Coordination: Help organise and manage live music events at local venues. Evaluate event success and provide feedback
• Content Creation: Curate playlists, and develop engaging content to share the Kirklees music scene.
• Community Outreach: Build partnerships with local businesses and organisations to support the project’s goals. Distribute event materials (invitations, flyers, etc.)
• Technical Support: Assist with website maintenance, social media management tools, and event technology.

Skills and Experience we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Experience with event coordination (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
